Getting started is as easy as filling out our EIDBI referral form.

If you believe you or your child may qualify for services and you live in Minnesota within the service area of Duluth, Virginia, Hibbing, or surrounding communities, please click on the contact us tab at the top or email us at info@irbehavioralservices.com and we will send you a referral form.

Once you send back the form, someone will call you within 3-5 business days to set up an initial intake interview in which we will answer your questions, determine if you would benefit from our services, and determine a plan so that we can complete a CMDE and ITP.
